I work with you to relieve your pain, improve your flexibility ,gain better physical performance, get healthy and destress.   I’m passionate about living the Plant Strong way of life, and helping you get to a place of living and feeling great! I get jazzed about finding the best de-stressing plan with alternative ways to get and help keep you stress free.  Combining all these things I help you to adapt, repair and rebalance. I assist you in re-building your nutrition to heal your body, gain energy, live fully.

I am one of only 3 practitioners in the Cincinnati area actively certified in Active Release Technique®, this technique coupled with other muscle specific therapies and Plant Based Nutrition will get you to new heights in your health and in your sport.  These manual modalities have proven to be most effective in relieving pain caused by scar tissue from repetitive use injuries, surgery, sports injury and general over use.   While the nutrition plan assists in improving your overall wellbeing and strengthening your body.

I’m a bodyworker and Whole Food Plant Based certified nutrition coach based on the east side of Cincinnati, OH.

I’m also a mom, life-long athlete, whole-foods fanatic, animal enthusiast, and lover of belly laughs.

I’ve always been intrigued by the physiology of the human body.

Over the years, I’ve worked as a medical assistant, IV tech, in a hospital emergency room, and I spent over a decade as a firefighter and paramedic. I thrived on adventure—and a quiet life was the last thing I wanted.

Having my two boys changed all of that.

In a career like firefighting, a moment’s hesitation can be the difference between life and death—and I couldn’t put those I worked with in jeopardy that way, so I retired.

Now I allow my explorative spirit to spill out in the way I serve my clients, unravelling the root cause of your suffering, and delivering custom-tailored bodywork/massage therapy plans to alleviate your pain, and Whole Food Plant Based nutrition to help you get fit, healthy and strong!  Over the years I have become certified and trained in a variety of modalities that focus on results, and most recently became certified in Plant Based Nutrition.

We can talk about where you are now and where you want to be, and together we’ll figure out a plan that’s tailored to suit you—whether you just want to get healthy, or you’re an injured athlete, in a high-stressed job, recovering from an injury or surgery or dealing with a chronic issue such as persistent migraines, depression, Fibromyalgia or Parkinson’s.
