My Fast & Easy 5 min Mobility Routine

By February 17, 2021Uncategorized  This is an easy simple lower body mobility routine I go to when I have been on my feel all  day.  Comes in handy when I feel tight and stiff in my low back and legs.  It is also a great pre run or workout warm up.

There aren’t real specifics here, I’m just sharing my go to that has felt good for me.  I have put it together from several folks I admire and consider experts.
